We were delighted to be instructed to transform this apartment and completed the project in December 2021. The apartment boasts the most outstanding 180 degree views across Salcombe Estuary from its roof terrace set into the new zinc roof.
Equipped with a bespoke staircase which divides the sitting room from the open-plan kitchen, a hidden pivot door, and a luxury kitchen, this contemporary home offers spacious accommodation over one level and comes complete with a separate annex for visiting guests.
