ABOUT WM CONSTRUCTION
Building with quality, care and craftsmanship across the South Hams for over 20 years.
WM Construction was established in Kingsbridge, Devon in 2005 and has grown into an experienced local construction company delivery new builds, renovations, extensions and specialist work throughout the South Hams.
meet kris Mahon
Owner & Director
Kris has been at the heart of WM Construction since the company was established in 2005.
With over 20 years experience in the construction industry, he brings a wealth of practical knowledge and a genuine passion for quality craftsmanship to every project.
Very much a hands-on director, Kris remains closely involved throughout each build, working alongside the team on site and maintaining a personal relationship with clients from the early stages through to completion.
With strong local knowledge and an eye for detail, Kris takes pride in delivering beautifully built homes, that are built to last.
Having lived and worked locally for many years, being part of the community where he grew up is important to Kris and WM Constructions supports a number of local projects, organisations and initiatives.
Away from work, Kris enjoys getting out on the water and making the most of everything the South Hams has to offer

We make sure our staff have the latest training in both trade skills and site safety.

- With new investments needing training and qualifications, we have made a conscious effort to invest in the skills of our team and subcontractors.
